In spite of the fact, U.S. President, Barack Obama, often panders to the gay community, leading them to believe he will make same sex marriage national law, he has made a very decisive and detrimental move against them in court. The Obama Administration, has appealed a decision made by District Judge Joseph Tauro in Boston, which allowed same sex marriage in the U.S. state of Massachusetts.

For the record, the Judiciary Report is only in favor of heterosexual marriage, between a man and a woman, but wishes the gay community no harm. The site is commenting on this particular legal maneuver by the Obama Administration, due to its blatant hypocrisy, as he has repeatedly promised the gay community he will push their causes.

The President should not make promises he does not intend to keep, as that makes him like every other dishonest politician, pandering to the public for votes, with no desire to make good on all that has been said.

The FBI Caught Spying On Student Using GPS

Taking advantage of a recent U.S. court ruling, the FBI attached a GPS tracking device, to the car of 20-year-old Arab, American born, Yasir Afifi and began following all his movements. His dad was prominent in the Muslim-American community, before he died in Egypt. It is thought to be apart of the reason the FBI has been trailing his son.

No explanation has been given for the FBI spying on the university student, but they did show up at his apartment, demanding their GPS tracking device back, after the young man and a friend removed it and posted pictures of the apparatus online. So much for privacy, then.

Items regarding a massive plan by U.S. President Barack Obama, to control the internet, shut it down when he feels like and wiretap all emails, websites and social networking sites, has been leaked to the public and it is not pretty. The program contains no supervision from the US Congress, which certainly makes it unconstitutional, as it brazenly violates the Fourth Amendment. Where are the checks and balances?

The fact of the matter is, the FBI, CIA and NSA, have already been reading people's emails and scanning the back end of websites. This is done more for a political advantage, than national security. They are now attempting to make their criminal conduct legal, as they are not in compliance with the Constitution or the U.S. Code.

Little by little, the U.S. Congress is surrendering the American people's freedom to the White House, whose conduct is unchecked and un-American. This move will certainly lead to a number of websites choosing hosting outside of the United States, in nations less likely to cower to White House, FBI, CIA and NSA bullying. In short, the Judiciary Report shall be looking for webhosting in a jurisdiction that is less intrusive...like Mars (sarcasm).

Seriously, this is why sites such as WikiLeaks, are very careful where their website is hosted, as the White House will threaten and run roughshod over the average webhost, attempting to destroy their business, if they do not submit to their will.

Due to close quarters and open nudity, some would feel uncomfortable and be distracted.

In light of recent confirmation by the U.S. Inspector General, Glenn Fine, revealing the FBI spied on peace activists and other outspoken law abiding people (still does), should FBI employees be required to reimburse taxpayers for wasting the nation's money on knowingly frivolous, unconstitutional, illegal and politically motivated investigations.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, FBI employees, especially those on a management level, should be legally forced to repay tax funds misused on deceitfully investigating innocent people. Many investigations are opened for the wrong reasons and have nothing to do with national security.

Some have misused the FBI as their own personal private detective agency, in criminal violation of the Bureau's federal mandate. Presidents, senators and business people with ties to the FBI, have improperly requested access to invasive items about individuals. Laws were broken and the Constitution violated in the process to accommodate their requests, via launching improper and illegal investigations into innocent people. The taxpayers picked up the hefty bills, to the tune of many millions of dollars.

According to the Washington Post, the FBI "fabricated terrorism threats" on paper, naming animal rights activists, peace groups and conscientious objectors of the wars in the Middle East, as terrorists the FBI needed to spy on for the sake of national security. But it was all lies, used as an excuse to illegally spy on innocent Americans, which the Judiciary Report wrote about many months before the official report was issued today.

The Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column (Patriot Act Abuses) was the first to break the story on the FBI's widespread spying on law-abiding Americans. As time goes by, more evidence is surfacing revealing the sick extent of the spying, done in violation of the Constitution. The FBI is out of control and has no plans on changing their un-constitutional conduct.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was alerted to the abuse of a very young, mentally disabled woman, at the hands of a sexual predator, by a hospital she was taken to for treatment in Missouri. She was being held as a sex slave, raped, electrocuted, suffocated and tortured in other horrible ways, by Edward "Master Ed" Bagley Sr., who broadcasted the nastiness on the internet, charging a fee to those that wished to watch the awful human rights abuses. He also took payment and gifts from men he knew that wished to rape and torture her as well. The indictment states he performed abortions on her as well.

Yet, according to a report on the St. Louis today website, it took the FBI 18-months to build a case, raid Bagley Sr.'s property and rescue the severely abused woman. Pictures the paper posted on September 10, 2010 seem to indicate the raid just took place this month. Why did the FBI leave her in that situation for such a long time. That is inexcusable. Why are they always doing things like this, which gives criminals the upper hand to abuse people for prolonged periods of time. Many victims of crime have died due to this abhorrent FBI practice. How do they sleep at night knowing they have left innocent people to suffer.

A Kirkwood man arrested by the FBI on Thursday was one of four Missouri men who paid a fifth to either watch him torture a mentally disabled woman online or torture her themselves, prosecutors said. The 20-page federal indictment, unsealed with the men's arrests Thursday, contains accusations of sexual and physical torture lasting five years, acts that U.S. Attorney Beth Phillips called "among the most horrific ever prosecuted" in the Western District of Missouri.

The alleged torturer, Edward "Master Ed" Bagley Sr., 43, of Lebanon, Mo., tattooed the woman to mark her as his slave, convinced her that she was legally "bound" to him and threatened her, prosecutors said. He also is accused of forcing her to work as a stripper. Bagley tortured the woman for five years, until he induced a heart attack while suffocating and electrically shocking her on Feb. 27, 2009, prosecutors said. She was hospitalized. Her hospitalization sparked an 18-month investigation that led to the charges...

Bagley "beat, whipped, flogged, suffocated, choked, electrocuted, caned, skewered, drowned, mutilated, hung and caged" the girl "to coerce her to become a 'sex slave,'" the indictment says. It adds that he tied her up and hung her in the air, locked her in a dog cage and used staples, nails and a sewing needle and thread during torture sessions too violent to describe...Bagley also performed abortions on the girl, the indictment says...

Ironically, another form of dangerous, (publicly) undiscovered drug abuse occurring at the FBI, is agents abusing drugs to amp them up for raids (speed, meth and items to pump up their adrenalin). He has failed to close Gitmo and stubbornly continues to infuriate New Yorkers, by insisting terror trials be held in the middle of Manhattan, to invite more acts of terrorism. He has championed the 9/11 Mosque, which an overwhelming 71% of Americans are firmly against. What was that again about not being tone deaf, Holder? Maybe all those senators screaming at you in Congress for being incompetent has depleted your hearing.

Holder is incompetent, unprepared, crass and uncouth. He has made appearances in Congress, running his mouth on Arizona Immigration law, which he didn't even read, as humiliating pointed out by a Republican senator. Nice way to make the President look bad, Holder.

He perversely insists the U.S. government can do no wrong, having immunity from their own criminal misconduct, such as acts of torture, murder, violence, rendition, kidnapping, harassment and invasive spying, none of which is permitted under the U.S. Constitution.

The question is, will "sovereign immunity" protect you from forthcoming widespread domestic and international rage, when the full extent of the criminal misconduct at the FBI and DOJ, which you have engaged in, is discovered by a planet of billions. World history will not record you well.

The FBI's on-going computer system fiasco, which has cost American taxpayers roughly $1 billion dollars, yet produced no real results and bares distinct traces of financial fraud, has been flagged by the President's Office Of Management And Budget, as a troubled project that needs to be audited and reined in.

The computer system fiasco marks one of many failures associated with FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller's tenure at the corrupt law enforcement agency. The FBI is also busy working on another questionable computer project titled "Next Generation Identification (NGI)." The premise behind it is unconstitutional and constitutes blatant violations of Americans' civil rights.

The FBI aims to store detailed DNA and other identifying data on Americans, which will make you guilty until proven innocent in the court system, rather than the other way around. The price tag of NGI, you ask? $3.4 billion dollars. Yes, Congress is allowing the untrustworthy FBI, to play with that much of your tax dollars.

The FBI's parent agency is the Department of Justice and they also have their own computer fiasco in the works, LCMS, estimated to cost U.S. taxpayers $128 million dollars. Coupled with the FBI's computer flops, $4.5 billion dollars in hard earned taxpayer money is being wasted and misappropriated.

And as the Judiciary Report's sister site, the Sound Off Column, warned in 2006, one cannot roll out a computer system over the course of years, as technology changes on a yearly basis. The FBI and DOJ, who according to site statistics, read both the Judiciary Report and the Sound Off Column, ignored the advice in 2006 and have been hit with nothing but trouble in the ensuing years, as a result.

The FBI's partial computer system that is running on empty, contains over 10,000 software bugs, which is positively ridiculous. That's a disgrace. Once again, America is one of the top computer nations in the world, home to world famous, Silicon Valley, yet federal law enforcement is wallowing in technological failure. The FBI and DOJ are an embarrassment.

The entire thing is a massive cash grab, with inflated budgets, where invoices for significant sums of taxpayer money, have been turned in with no name and the label "miscellaneous." I ask, those of you that work on jobs around the country that have petty cash funds or expense accounts, are you permitted to turn in no name receipts, month after month, for huge sums of money, labeled "miscellaneous" and not get fired or imprisoned for financial fraud? Yea, that's what I thought.

Surprise! Surprise! Cover-up kings, the FBI, are being slammed for concealing the mental illness of their agents and the risk it poses to the public. An article on the Dallas News website reveals, FBI Agent Carlos Ortiz, who recently snapped and threatened to kill his wife and supervisor, has a long history of mental insanity. Ortiz, like other agents, have assaulted innocent members of the public and held people close to him hostage at gunpoint.

These are the same nutcakes the FBI has calling and email innocent people threats (see paragraph 9 and this page) engaging in blatant acts of harassment and intimidation, which are crimes under U.S. and international law. Apparently, this is the kind of instability, insanity and incompetence the FBI embraces. Then again, look who runs the agency - Robert S. Mueller, a thieving, taxpayer money misappropriating, lothario that has cheated on his wife and illegally spied on his nubile mistresses.

It is not a matter of potential FBI Agents walking into the agency crazy, then gaining the badge. It is what they are being taught at the agency and the sick crimes they are being asked to look the other way to, in violation of domestic and international law, that is making them mentally ill. The FBI has engrained terrible things into their employees, which would be difficult for the average psyche to shake. Too many FBI Agents have self-destructed and committed horrible crimes for it to be a coincidence.

In the Judiciary Report's estimation, the aforementioned misconduct form the FBI, is nothing but arrogance and abuse of invested authority, bestowed upon the agency, by a tolerant Congress. Sadly, something horrific is going to come out of that agency one day and open the world's eyes to the threat the unhinged federal outfit poses to the nation and the world.

Ex-official wanted to fire FBI agent held in murder plot after 1992 standoff

07:08 AM CDT on Friday, September 3, 2010 - A former special agent in charge of the Dallas FBI office said he tried to fire Carlos Ortiz 18 years ago after the troubled agent was involved in a seven-hour armed standoff with SWAT team members.

But Oliver "Buck" Revell said his recommendation was rejected by his FBI superiors in Washington because Ortiz, who is currently accused of plotting to kill his wife and his former boss, was deemed fit for duty by psychiatrists..

"They came back and said it was stress induced, and as soon as it was dealt with, he would be just fine," Revell said. "My recommendation to headquarters was unequivocal that this man was not qualified to be an agent or carry a weapon and I want him out of my office. They said, 'Well that would be a discriminatory action.' "

Ortiz remained an FBI special agent for nearly two more decades after that, despite initiating a second armed standoff in 2004 when, authorities say, he took his own child hostage. Again, Ortiz passed a mental evaluation and returned to duty...

It has been proven in a number of cases, people that illegally spy on others, often perversely derive sexual gratification from doing so. This is a form of mental illness and sexual dysfunction. Many FBI Agents were found to have illegally spied on many Americans, which gave way to an ugly Congressional hearing and terrible scandal. The adulterous, FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, knew of the misconduct and condoned it.

However, the mere fact the Obama Administration has sought to expand government programs for spying on Americans, to allow the FBI, CIA, NSA and Pentagon to do so, without warrant or proof of any wrongdoing, is a terrible development in the area of civil liberties, violating the U.S. Constitution.

A number of FBI Agents, have been arrested for police brutality, in assaulting innocent citizens that caught their ire for ridiculous, illogical and irrational reasons. Last week, FBI Agent, Carlos Ortiz, was arrested for threatening to kill his coworker, who is the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's field office in Dallas, Texas.

Some FBI Agents seem to like behaving in an overly aggressive, threatening and violent manner. However, this is how they are trained, as the FBI instills a combativeness in them, that many agents simply do not know how to turn off. As a result, they unleash torrents of abuse and assault against their families, coworkers and the public, which is very illegal.

Carl L. Spicocchi cheated on his wife

In another notable case, married FBI Agent, Carl L. Spicocchi, was sentenced to sentenced to six years in prison, for kidnapping and brutally beating his mistress. He beat her, put his gun in her mouth, threatened to kill her, duct taped her mouth, dragged her by the hair and threw her in a closet. Spicocchi left her in the closet for several hours, beaten and abused, all because she wanted to leave the married agent.

Once again, there is a gun culture at the FBI that instills a combativeness in men that sometimes comes out the wrong way. The Bureau is so engrained in some of them that they cannot separate personal relationships from professional ones. Some agents respond to crisis in their lives the way they are aggressively taught to respond to enemy forces. The FBI trains them like they are robots and as such, they lack sympathy and sensitivity.

You cannot treat a significant other, family member or coworker in this manner, because you've had a falling out. The FBI needs to review its guidelines in how these men and women are trained. They are creating little robots that detach themselves the minute something goes wrong.

Carlos Ortiz—who was fired, and then arrested this week—had 37 weapons in his home and had told a friend that he planned to shoot his wife and "cut her eyes out," a federal court was told yesterday.

Ortiz has been charged with threatening to kill a federal law enforcement officer, the Dallas Morning News reports. An FBI spokesman says there's no truth to Ortiz's accusation that his wife, an FBI analyst, was having an affair with his boss. U.S. President Barack Obama was spotted playing golf again, as the worst financial crisis in modern times, devours the U.S. economy whole. However, a hole in one has clearly been deemed more important.

Maybe they should install a putting green at the White House, if it will keep the President on Pennsylvania Ave and working, as this excessive leisure time is not fixing the severely broken economy. Frankly, golfing away, as the nation's financial fortunes worsen, is very distasteful.

The President has failed to listen to any sound advice regarding the economy, recklessly spending huge sums of taxpayer dollars, sending the national deficit to record highs. To be so nonchalant about spending other people's money, knowing it could breed the full-on end of the empire, lacks class and is quite troubling.

Obama has also reneged on his promise of transparency in government, hiding document after document, at the FBI, DOJ, NSA and CIA, incriminating to his Adminstration and cronies. His behavior has become outrageous and appalling.

The Judiciary Report has successfully predicted a number of significant financial and social events (see exclusives). In light of Obama's poor conduct, the Judiciary Report's standing recommendation is this, unless his conduct significantly improves, under no circumstances should he be reelected.

Unless Obama's wanton, irresponsible spending and gross lack of transparency desists and he is able to properly turn the economy around, rather than deteriorating it, as he has already done, Obama deserves to be shelved in 2012.

FBI And DOJ Betraying The Rights Of Kids

President Barack Obama's FBI and DOJ have come under fire, for betraying the rights of children, in recent corrupt decisions, involving cases to do with children that have been abused and or violated.

The first involves, Bill Allen, the chairman of VECo Corp, who was investigated for having sex with an underage girl. The case was mysteriously dropped, as Allen agreed to be the FBI/DOJ's star witness in a case against former U.S. Senator, Ted Stevens, who died recently in a plane crash.

The case is so egregious, it caught the attention of U.S. Senator, Lisa Murkowski, who demanded to know, why charges are not being brought in the child sex abuse case. Under the circumstances, the FBI and DOJ's conduct does not look good.

The second is regarding the Lower Merion School District, who criminally spied on students, via school issued laptops. It was found, the school's computer department snapped over 56,000 images of students in their homes, in various states of undress, using spyware they installed on the laptops.

The school admitted liability, but the FBI and DOJ, being crooked, seek to excuse the misconduct at the government school district in Philadelphia, because as law enforcement, they have been engaging in the exact same misconduct against innocent American and international citizens, which is extremely perverted.

The aforementioned cases do not mark the first time the FBI and DOJ have been accused of betraying the rights of kids. Previously, parents slammed the FBI for rudely telling them to go away, when they inquired about their missing children cases. The FBI and DOJ arrogantly operate and behave as though they are not answerable to anyone, which is undemocratic, un-American and unethical. Anyone willing to betray and sell out the rights of children is extremely evil.
