The FBI Covering Up Agents Mental Illness

...And Leaving Them On Duty To Harm Others

Surprise! Surprise! Cover-up kings, the FBI, are being slammed for concealing the mental illness of their agents and the risk it poses to the public. An article on the Dallas News website reveals, FBI Agent Carlos Ortiz, who recently snapped and threatened to kill his wife and supervisor, has a long history of mental insanity. Ortiz, like other agents, have assaulted innocent members of the public and held people close to him hostage at gunpoint.

These are the same nutcakes the FBI has calling and email innocent people threats (see paragraph 9 and this page) engaging in blatant acts of harassment and intimidation, which are crimes under U.S. and international law. Apparently, this is the kind of instability, insanity and incompetence the FBI embraces. Then again, look who runs the agency - Robert S. Mueller, a thieving, taxpayer money misappropriating, lothario that has cheated on his wife and illegally spied on his nubile mistresses.

It is not a matter of potential FBI Agents walking into the agency crazy, then gaining the badge. It is what they are being taught at the agency and the sick crimes they are being asked to look the other way to, in violation of domestic and international law, that is making them mentally ill. The FBI has engrained terrible things into their employees, which would be difficult for the average psyche to shake. Too many FBI Agents have self-destructed and committed horrible crimes for it to be a coincidence.

In the Judiciary Report's estimation, the aforementioned misconduct form the FBI, is nothing but arrogance and abuse of invested authority, bestowed upon the agency, by a tolerant Congress. Sadly, something horrific is going to come out of that agency one day and open the world's eyes to the threat the unhinged federal outfit poses to the nation and the world.

Ex-official wanted to fire FBI agent held in murder plot after 1992 standoff

07:08 AM CDT on Friday, September 3, 2010 - A former special agent in charge of the Dallas FBI office said he tried to fire Carlos Ortiz 18 years ago after the troubled agent was involved in a seven-hour armed standoff with SWAT team members.

But Oliver "Buck" Revell said his recommendation was rejected by his FBI superiors in Washington because Ortiz, who is currently accused of plotting to kill his wife and his former boss, was deemed fit for duty by psychiatrists..

"They came back and said it was stress induced, and as soon as it was dealt with, he would be just fine," Revell said. "My recommendation to headquarters was unequivocal that this man was not qualified to be an agent or carry a weapon and I want him out of my office. They said, 'Well that would be a discriminatory action.' "

Ortiz remained an FBI special agent for nearly two more decades after that, despite initiating a second armed standoff in 2004 when, authorities say, he took his own child hostage. Again, Ortiz passed a mental evaluation and returned to duty...

Just when you think the government can't stoop any lower, they do. The U.S. Government is now using electronic harassment to terrorize outspoken citizens they seek to silence for political reasons. One method involves brain implants. You just can't make this stuff up. Read the links below for confirmation, as even a U.S. member of Congress, Jim Guest, wrote a letter about the subject.

I read an interesting, yet disturbing case, about a man, James Walbert, that sued over a chip implanted in his brain, causing him distress. What is this world coming to. Before you write it off as a frivolous lawsuit, think about this, the Defendant, Jeremiah Redford, admitted they planted the chip in Walker's brain and threatened to use it to send him distressing jolts and "Mind altering electromagnetic radiation." Radiation, might I add, which in excessive doses can cause cancer.

There exists evidence that indicates the C.I.A. and FBI have engaged in similar misconduct, which marks a new level of depravity for them. They have interfered in individuals medical care, in bids at harming and controlling them. Is this really the direction we want society to go in. The answer is no.

Court to Defendant: Stop Blasting That Man’s Mind!

Walbert told the Sedgwick County, Kansas panel that Jeremiah Redford threatened him with “jolts of radiation” after a disagreement over a business deal. Later, Walbert, said, he began feeling electric shock sensations, hearing electronically generated tones, and getting popping and ringing sounds in his ears. On December 30th, the court decided in Walbert’s favor, and issued a first-of-its-kind order of protection, banning Redford from using “electronic means” to further harass Walbert. No, seriously...

Walbert’s cause is supported by Jim Guest, a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He’s working on proposed legislation to addresses electronic harassment, including a bill against the forced implantation of RFID chips.

The U.N. is also now taking the possibility of electromagnetic terrorism against people seriously. And for the first time this year’s European Symposium on Non-lethal Weapons included a session on the social implications of non-lethal weapons, with specific reference to “privacy-invasive remote interrogation and behavioral influence applications.”...

Surveillance And Sexual Dysfunction

It has been proven in a number of cases, people that illegally spy on others, often perversely derive sexual gratification from doing so. This is a form of mental illness and sexual dysfunction. Many FBI Agents were found to have illegally spied on many Americans, which gave way to an ugly Congressional hearing and terrible scandal. The adulterous, FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, knew of the misconduct and condoned it.

However, the mere fact the Obama Administration has sought to expand government programs for spying on Americans, to allow the FBI, CIA, NSA and Pentagon to do so, without warrant or proof of any wrongdoing, is a terrible development in the area of civil liberties, violating the U.S. Constitution.

FBI Picks Seal Fight With Wikipedia Over WikiLeaks

The publicly edited encyclopedia, Wikipedia, is being threatened with a lawsuit by the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) for using their seal, in one of the site's descriptive entries. The FBI misapplied the law, stating it is federal statute that one must obtain their authorization, before embarking on using their seal, for any purpose.

Said law was enacted to prevent people from posing as FBI agents or affiliates, not speaking or writing freely about the corrupt agency, which is protected by the U.S. Constitution. Anyone with commonsense can ascertain, Wikipedia did not try to pose as an entity affiliated with the FBI or its parent agency, the DOJ (Department of Justice). The FBI thinks too highly of itself and their so-called seal of approval.

The true motive for the incident is, the FBI is looking for any reason to attack Wikipedia, due to the scandal its sister site, Wikileaks, unleashed on the U.S. government, by publishing 90,000 classified documents on the ill-fated war in Afghanistan. This is the manner in which the FBI operates, when they wish to terrorize a target. They invent items to bully the person or entity.

As many of you know, in the summer of 2008, a brutish, ill-tempered, butch, Los Angeles FBI spokeswoman, named Laura Eimiller, lost her ever loving mind and angrily contacted the Judiciary Report, complaining about a comedic article on the site she wanted removed. So much for free press, but the FBI has never been one to follow the law, as attested by their all too frequent appearances in Congress for flagrantly breaking it.

Around that time, the Judiciary Report had used the FBI's seal in published articles, to be representative of the agency. However, once again, as anyone with commonsense should have been able to deduce, the Judiciary Report is not a fan of the FBI. Therefore, no endorsement or affiliation was implied in any measure.

Furthermore, who would want to be affiliated with the agency, many specialists and former FBI agents stated, arranged the assassination of the greatest American ever, Martin Luther King Jr. People only deal with them, because of their congressional mandate to investigate and prosecute federal crimes, making them unavoidable in that respect.

In the summer 2009 lawsuit, Aisha v. FBI, I wrote of the FBI's misconduct in illegally accessing my computers using their spyware CIPAV and copying its contents, due to the UNPUBLISHED political articles written for the Judiciary Report site and other lawful documents of interest to them, when they were supposed to be investigating misconduct I reported to them.

As I know a number of influential people in various walks of life, the FBI took to UNLAWFULLY mining my LAWFUL phone calls, emails and computer contents, for exclusives and tips they sought to use before I did, which is not only unethical, it is illegal conduct the Federal Bureau of Investigation should not be engaging in. There are noted, well-documented incidents of the FBI engaging in this misbehavior.

About two years ago, the Judiciary Report used the FBI's seal in a few articles and noticed that during one of the hacks into my computer that publishes the site, a hacker removed the FBI's seal from the site, which left a big red X, where it should have been displaying. The original copy had the FBI seal, but the version of the site that was transferred, then publish, did not contain it and was the only picture missing.

I put the seal back and it showed temporarily. But then someone hacked the site and removed the seal again. I put the seal back again and once more, someone hacked the site and removed it. The fourth time I put the seal back, the hacker gave up and did not remove it again. Therefore, it is apparent, the FBI has mental issues about people using their seal, using it as an excuse, even going so far as harassing people, whilst twisting the law.
