The FBI Running Amok Again

This month, there have been a number of bad headlines regarding the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation). It was announced, via a report by Inspector General, Glenn Fine, that the FBI's computer system is once again behind schedule and well over-budget by many millions, during a financial depression, of all times.

The U.S. taxpayer has been picking up the tab for the computer albatross that has been nothing but a waste of money from day one, due to how it was undertaken. Years ago, the FBI's technologically illiterate director, Robert S. Mueller, determined to do things his way, ignored the warnings of people such as myself and it has spectacularly blown up in his face. The FBI is now stuck with a mismatched computer system that contains over 10,000 software errors and also lags behind technology. Close to one billion dollars has been wasted on this endeavor gone madly wrong.

I don't know what he is smirking about, as he is about to go down in history as the worst FBI Director ever and the one that ran the agency into the ground

Other news headlines regarding the FBI include, many articles on the agency abusing, threatening and violating the Constitutional rights of Americans, who are conscientious objectors to wars the government is waging in the Middle East. They are being summarily searched, targeted for abusive and harsh questioning, arrested, as well as investigated and followed, all on the taxpayers' dime.

In trying to defend their unconstitutional conduct, the FBI tried to make one of their crazy, illogical and pathetic leaps, attempting to absurdly paint people who oppose the wars in the Middle East, as "terrorists" which is insane. They abuse that word too much and it is losing its meaning. The FBI is firmly running a police state, where freedom of speech, freedom of thought and anything less than complete and total worship and subservience to the government, is a crime. Isn't that how Hitler got started.

The FBI's motto is "Fidelity, Bravery and Integrity." However, they need to add the word cheating to it, as U.S. Inspector General, Glenn Fine, released a report revealing, FBI Agents have indeed been cheating on national security tests, aimed at having them learn about terrorism on all fronts, which pose a threat to the nation.

The FBI is not serious about national security, as they would never do such a thing if they were. Repeated terrorist attacks on America and its allies, where reports indicate, the agency had information on the suspects in advance, proves the FBI is a failure and waste of taxpayer money.

FBI Left Disabled Woman As Abused Sex Slave For 18-Months

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was alerted to the abuse of a very young, mentally disabled woman, at the hands of a sexual predator, by a hospital she was taken to for treatment in Missouri. She was being held as a sex slave, raped, electrocuted, suffocated and tortured in other horrible ways, by Edward "Master Ed" Bagley Sr., who broadcasted the nastiness on the internet, charging a fee to those that wished to watch the awful human rights abuses. He also took payment and gifts from men he knew that wished to rape and torture her as well. The indictment states he performed abortions on her as well.

Yet, according to a report on the St. Louis today website, it took the FBI 18-months to build a case, raid Bagley Sr.'s property and rescue the severely abused woman. Pictures the paper posted on September 10, 2010 seem to indicate the raid just took place this month. Why did the FBI leave her in that situation for such a long time. That is inexcusable. Why are they always doing things like this, which gives criminals the upper hand to abuse people for prolonged periods of time. Many victims of crime have died due to this abhorrent FBI practice. How do they sleep at night knowing they have left innocent people to suffer.

Disabled woman was tortured and held as a sex slave

A Kirkwood man arrested by the FBI on Thursday was one of four Missouri men who paid a fifth to either watch him torture a mentally disabled woman online or torture her themselves, prosecutors said. The 20-page federal indictment, unsealed with the men's arrests Thursday, contains accusations of sexual and physical torture lasting five years, acts that U.S. Attorney Beth Phillips called "among the most horrific ever prosecuted" in the Western District of Missouri.

The alleged torturer, Edward "Master Ed" Bagley Sr., 43, of Lebanon, Mo., tattooed the woman to mark her as his slave, convinced her that she was legally "bound" to him and threatened her, prosecutors said. He also is accused of forcing her to work as a stripper. Bagley tortured the woman for five years, until he induced a heart attack while suffocating and electrically shocking her on Feb. 27, 2009, prosecutors said. She was hospitalized. Her hospitalization sparked an 18-month investigation that led to the charges...

Bagley "beat, whipped, flogged, suffocated, choked, electrocuted, caned, skewered, drowned, mutilated, hung and caged" the girl "to coerce her to become a 'sex slave,'" the indictment says. It adds that he tied her up and hung her in the air, locked her in a dog cage and used staples, nails and a sewing needle and thread during torture sessions too violent to describe...Bagley also performed abortions on the girl, the indictment says...

FBI Informant's Lawsuit Given Clearance To Proceed

Judge James V. Selna, has allowed the lawsuit of abused FBI informant, Craig Monteilh, to proceed to trial. However, the judge has dismissed the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a defendant, with prejudice. Judge Selna has left assistant FBI Special Agent In Charge, Barbara Wells, to bear the brunt of the agency's appalling conduct, as the primary defendant in the case.

Respectfully, the Judiciary Report disagrees with the judge's decision, regarding removing the FBI as a defendant. The case has been deconstructed in a negative manner and it does not absolve the agency of guilt or stem public condemnation. Not to mention, they are liable for Wells' conduct.

The FBI routinely engages in criminal behavior of this variety that needs to desist. They constantly get members of the public involved in crazy schemes at catching criminals, requiring civilians be placed in very dangerous situations. Then when the cases hit horrendous snags, they abandon innocent people, some of whom have died. Many informants who survived the ordeal of working with the haphazard agency, have made the same claim against the FBI.

While the Judiciary Report is not for rebellion and fighting against law enforcement, the site is for legally fighting against corruption and the FBI is definitely corrupt.
