Wasteful $2 Million Per Job Under Obama Employment Plan

U.S. President Barack Obama And First Lady Michelle Obama

The Obama Administration's job creation plan is going from bad to worse. An article this past weekend revealed, one of Obama's job creation plans, cost taxpayers $2,000,000 per job created, for average work that would never command such a high salary.

Once again, as the Judiciary Report has maintained from the beginning, money is being stolen and embezzled. The entire fiasco is growing more revoltingly with each month that goes by. Who is in charge of this madness and do they own a calculator.

No wonder the deficit is shooting up higher than the space shuttle. The waste and misappropriation of taxpayer funds is infuriating and the government is not thinking of the long term consequences of this financial fraud and poor planning.

Not one to criticize without a plan and being very versed in politics, the Judiciary Report published a job creation plan, before the first dime was even spent by the President. However, his administration went on to make a colossal mess, on top of the one Bush left behind and the U.S. economy continues to decline as a result of skyrocketing unemployment, which the site predicted years before it happened.

By the way, just in case you are wondering, the White House and many divisions of the U.S. government, read this website on a very regular basis, so it is not like they didn't see the warnings. But clearly, certain special interests and so called "powers that be" had to get an undeserved cut of the stimulus money, hence the ridiculous, wasteful figures. This misconduct has placed the nation at a great disadvantage in so many ways.

Lady GaGa Blocking Release Of Dead Artist's Music

Mentally ill Lady GaGa wearing a dress made of meat

Yana Morgana, the mother of late indie singer, Lina Morgana, who killed herself, rightfully accused fraudulent pop artist Lady GaGa of stealing her deceased daughter's image and persona, using it to launch herself to stardom.

Yana Morgana, also contends, her daughter, Lina, who was a writing partner and friend of fake Lady Gaga, is blocking the release of unpublished music she did with the pop star.

Lina Morgana

Lady GaGa is likely to do so, as the release of said music would reveal to the world, exactly where she got her image and persona from and shatter the illusion it is her own. As co-writer and co-performer, Morgana should have rights under the law.

One has to wonder if sick Hollywood pushed the young woman over the edge and into committing suicide. She certainly wouldn't be the first. It is an industry of depraved animals willing to do anything to be famous, including lie, cheat, steal and kill.

Hollywood has a long track record of viciously abusing young people they exploit. Labor laws and criminal statutes are routinely flouted at the hands of a complicit FBI/DOJ, which leads to terrible abuses being committed against young women, men and children.

Side Bar: Lady GaGa went to the MTV VMAs dressed like a schizophrenic, wearing a dress and hat made of raw meat, then accepted 8 music awards for stealing a dead woman's image and persona. Sick!

Gaga accused of being a copycat

Last Updated: September 9, 2010 12:36pm - The mother of a promising young singer who committed suicide has accused Lady Gaga of stealing her daughter's eccentric performing style after the pair collaborated in 2007.

Lina Morgana co-wrote several songs with the Poker Face hitmaker before she became Lady Gaga and shot to fame in late 2008. The pair was introduced by Gaga's former mentor and ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari, who wanted the star - real name Stefani Germanotta - to come up with tracks Morgana could use on her debut solo album...

She adds, "Lina had that style, Gaga had a different style. She changed dramatically overnight." The New York Post claims the mother is seeking permission to release around a dozen songs Morgana recorded with Gaga, including a a track named Wunderland, which is currently available online. Despite What Obama Says U.S. Not Out Of Iraq

According to an interesting RT television interview conducted recently, the assertions of U.S. President Barack Obama, that he has withdrawn that nation's troops from Iraq, is simply not true.

50,000 U.S. troops will remain in Iraq. The alleged "withdrawal" is actually a political move, semantically carrying a "name change." However, there is still active combat in the region, in spite of the President's spin on the story.

This means, troops and civilians are still in danger, as the death toll continues to mount. The financial toll is mounting as well, on an already battered U.S. economy. The deficit is higher than Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan combined.

Kanye West Promises A Song Per Week

But Will They Be His

Kanye West

Disgraced rapper, Kanye West, is promising a song per week, via his website and other outlets. However, in light of West's proclivity for copyright infringement (seek links below), in violation of domestic and international law, the probability of the rapper/producer honestly fulfilling this publicity seeking promise, are next to none.

Jay-Z and Kanye West

Copyright holders beware! Something tells me a number of lawsuits shall arise from West's aforementioned endeavor, as he has proven time and time again, he is a thief with no conscience. He gets it from his mentor, Jay-Z, who has been slapped with a number of copyright infringement and fraud lawsuits. Then, they go on television and radio bragging about the things they buy, which have been purchased with ill-gotten gains of a criminal nature, as copyright infringement and fraud are felonies.

Madonna "Material Girls" Lawsuit Has Discrepancies

Taylor Momsen, pictured above, is fronting a rip off fashionline by Madonna and her 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes Leon, named "Material Girls" after the 1980s song of the same name she performed. Madonna and Leon claim the clothes are trendy originals they created, inspired by the pop singer's fashions in the 1980s.

However, as you can see from the photo above, the ugly clothes do not look like they come from the 1980s, neither are they similar to anything Madonna wore back then. Furthermore, how can the clothes be described as "trendy" and from the "1980s" as well. That's a massive contradiction. Madonna and co. need to look up the definition of the word "trendy." Trendy does not = retro.

As mentioned on the site previously, Madonna has been sued by a clothing company, using the name "Material Girls" for their clothing line. First, the lawsuit press releases stated, the case against Madonna and her daughter, is for trademark infringement. Now the Plaintiffs are stating, the clothes are similar to their line as well. However, there are major discrepancies in both the Plaintiff and Defendant's stories.

The Plaintiff's contend they have been making clothes under the "Material Girls" trademark since 1997, which Madonna has now ripped off. However, how can the clothes be similar over 13-years later, when most of the items shown in the line do not look like 1980s or 1990s fashions.

Clothing styles change so often. Both Madonna and the Plaintiffs are claiming they designed a trendy line, yet there is no way clothes from the 1980s or 1990s can be classified as trendy in 2010. In 1997, people were wearing sagging, hip hop " gangsta" clothes and frumpy rocker " grunge" clothes. People are not wearing that look now in 2010. Translation, both the Plaintiffs and the Defendants need to get their stories straight.

Prior to their lawsuit against Madonna, who has a long legacy of stealing, I contended online she had once again ripped off items from my Copyrighted Catalog, bastardizing a fashionable, tasteful mother/daughter fashionline I copyrighted, inspired by my mother, who made clothes 30-years ago and my idea of modern fashion.

I have been designing and copyrighting several modern fashion lines for the past several years, with classic pieces, older pieces I had ideas for from 1998 and modern, cutting edge items I design each year and include in newer Library of Congress registrations. It creates a date of authenticity in the event some losers steal it.

The trademark infringement in the aforementioned Material Girls v. Material Girls case is clear cut. If the psychotic biddy Madonna didn't own the copyright to the song "Material Girl" at the time in question, she has no legal standing to pursue the lecherous 1997 registration thereof, at this juncture.

I wouldn't be surprised if Madonna was in on said lawsuit and did it for publicity and corrupt motive. She is addicted to publicity...and Botox. This is after all the woman that lied to the public that she had not adopted a child, spinning the publicity for all she could get out of it. Then, days later, she admitted she had indeed adopted a child, gaining the second round of desired publicity.

Madonna Sued Over 'Material Girl' Clothing Line; Read The Lawsuit

Aug 20, 2010 @ 06:28AM - Superstar Madonna has been slapped with a lawsuit over the junior clothing line that she designed with her daughter Lourdes Leon, RadarOnline.com has learned. Clothing company LA Triumph is disputing the star's rights to use ‘Material Girl’ for her trendy new range.

LA Triumph filed the lawsuit at California Central District Court on Thursday, claiming that it had been manufacturing clothes under their Material Girl brand since 1997.

A statement from their attorney read: "Our client and its predecessor have been continually selling similar clothes in similar retail outlets at similar price points under their Material Girl brand since at least 1997, and Madonna and her newfound company do not have the right to trade in the same space under this brand."...

When the 80’s inspired clothing collection was launched at Macy’s recently, fans dressed in Madonna-inspired duds, nibbled on cupcakes and danced to the iconic pop star’s greatest hits.
