For weeks the Judiciary Report has insisted Lindsay Lohan was back to her old destructive ways. However, her reps kept denying it. Today, TMZ broke the news Lohan has flunked drug tests, while out on probation, on a string of DUI arrests. A probation violation hearing is scheduled, where she could face 30-days in jail per test failed.

Attorney, Harvey Levin, the editor of the unscrupulous, invasive celebrity site, TMZ, was ticketed by police for texting while driving. Levin and his site have slammed other celebrities for the same illegal conduct he finds himself in trouble for, with many viewing recent events as comeuppance, agreeing he be outed for the same. The Judiciary Report would have more respect for TMZ, if it did not resort to illegal means to get some of its stories.

The dictionary defines the word "schadenfreude" as, "Satisfaction or pleasure felt at someone else's troubles." The mere fact Levin got a ticket from police for texting and driving made many secretly smirk. One question, though? Did his scraggly mug get a ticket too. One can only hope.

TMZ posted a photo of "American Idol" singer, Fantasia, who tried to commit suicide days ago, after terrorizing Paula Cook, the wife of a man, Antwaun Cook, that she has been having an extramarital affair with for the past year. People are now calling the entire thing a set up done for publicity and sympathy. Fantasia has an album coming out and a new season of her reality series being filmed, with both projects in need of massive publicity, due to poor numbers.

It is disgraceful that she was released from the hospital less than 48 hours ago, yet is already filming items for her reality show, with married Cook. The Judiciary Report was skeptical of Fantasia's conduct from the beginning, as that entire American Idol set, are among the most selfish, self-serving, deceitful and crazy people you'd ever want to encounter. The mere fact that she is using something so serious, attempted suicide and adultery, as a springboard for publicity, putting her 9-year-old daughter through these horrors, says she only cares about herself.
