Megan Fox Replacement Calls Michael Bay Crazy

Victoria Secret drawers model, Rosie Huntington Whiteley, enthusiastically remarked "Transformers" director Michael Bay is "crazy" and his sets are "Bay-hem" (see: mayhem) but "a lot of fun."

Just wait until he blows you up. You won't find it fun anymore. For further reference, see injured extra, Gabriella Cedillo, whose medical bills have topped $350,000 and a real live cop that was smashed on-set by the Bumblebee car.

Megan Fox this month, looking like she wants to hit Huntington with her phone

Hey, I just had a really kind and benevolent thought...what would happen if grumpy, fired "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox, met poor, unsuspecting, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, in a dark alley. Do you think Victoria Secret makes crutches.

OSHA Clears Transformers In Paralysis Of Film Extra

Transformers

OSHA, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration, has cleared the makers of the film "Transformers 3" of violating proper procedures on set, in the wake of the severe injuries sustained by movie extra, Gabriella Cedillo.

Cedillo's skull was fractured, when a metal cable towing her car on the "Transformers 3" movie set, snapped, broke through the windshield and critically injured her. Cedillo is now paralyzed on the left side of her body and one of her eyes have been sewn shut to prevent it drying out.

Michael Bay

The company and individual behind the film, Paramount Pictures and Michael Bay, are touting OSHA's report, while Cedillo's family is slamming it as "ridiculous." The public is not impressed, as a young woman has been severely injured, due to a life altering event, the Paramount and Bay presided over. They need to make amends.

Gabriella Cedillo

Making matters worse is another incident occurred on the "Transformers 3" film set, involving a police officer crashing into the car representing robot "Bumblebee." The police officer was transported to a local hospital. It doesn't look good for Paramount and Bay's safety record.

Another Accident On The "Transformers" Movie Set

Tragedy has struck again on the set of the "Transformers 3" movie, as it has been reported, an off duty police officer, driving his squad SUV, crashed whilst participating in a stunt and has been injured and transported to the hospital. His squad SUV crashed into the robot/car, Bumblebee.

This does not bode well for the maker of the film, in the case brought against them by Gabrielle Cedillo, an extra that was terribly injured, during a stunt gone wrong. A metal cable towing her car snapped, broke through her windshield and cracked her skull. Cedillo is now paralyzed on the left side of her body and one of her eyes has been sewn shut, to prevent it from drying out. How sad.

Megan Fox

Previously, fired "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox, complained Bay constantly endangered the cast and crew with dangerous stunts, leaving them with cuts, bumps and bruises. She spoke of situations that placed them in significant danger and near misses with tragedy.

Transformers Extra Sues Over On Set Cracked Skull Injury

Transformers

"Transformers 3" film extra, Gabriella Cedillo, 24, has sued the makers of the movie, over the traumatic brain injury she sustained, in an on-set accident. A cable that was towing her car, snapped, broke through the windshield and sliced her skull, leaving her paralyzed on the left side of her body. Poor lady.

Brain injuries pose so many challenges, as it impacts such a sensitive and vital organ, responsible for a number of day to day functions. The lawsuit is demanding unspecified damages and rightfully so, as Cedillo's life has been drastically altered and she has sustained great physical and emotional injuries, as a direct result of the incident.

"Transformers 3" Tragedy Caught On Tape

Michael Bay and "Transformers" robot from the film franchise

Radar Online, obtained footage of the on-set tragedy on the Transformers 3 set, involving extra, Gabriella Cedillo, who suffered a traumatic brain injury. Cedillo is currently in a medically induced coma to limit damage to her brain.

The video shows a large item flying in the air, then Cedillo's car careening backwards on the roped off stretch of highway, that was being used to film a scene in the movie.

As stated previously on the Judiciary Report, Michael Bay, the film's director and the production companies associated with the project, are being investigated by authorities, regarding safety procedures that may have been violated.

One does not think Bay deliberately set out to injure the extra, but something clearly went very wrong. To see the video visit the link posted below.

Transformers 3 Being Investigated For Safety Violations

The "Transformers 3" movie production company, led by director, Michael Bay, is being investigated for safety violations, in the wake of the traumatic brain injury a film extra sustained on set two days ago.

Bank teller, Gabriella Cedillo, who filmed a scene in Indiana, as apart of the Chicago branch of the "Transformers 3" shoot, is in stable condition, but remains unconscious, after a metal cable snapped, crashed through her windshield and cracked her skull.

As a result of the tragedy, the film reportedly wrapped shooting today. The film has been plagued with problems, such as rejection letters when requesting to shoot at historic sites and switching lead actresses mid-stream, from Megan Fox to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. This led to cast off, Megan Fox, ramping up her cocaine use, to improperly cope with being fired.

Ironically, Fox used to complain that Bay is endangering his actors and actresses with dangerous stunts, to which he issued a comedic response. Those claims are not funny now in light of what transpired this week.

When an accident, especially a severe one, occurs on a film set, it negatively impacts insurance issues, which can halt filming. Investors become nervous as well.
