Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, has stated to the U.S. court that she cannot afford rehab, which is one of the more inventive excuses the Judiciary Report has heard coming from a drug addict. What she meant to say was, she can't afford rehab, because it will cut into her cocaine money.

Lohan has been cutting deals with paparazzi and publications, among others, for financial payment, much of which she has already received payment on. Additionally, she settled the case she brought against E-Trade, which she stated was to her satisfaction. Therefore, how is she broke again, unless she is lying about something.

Furthermore, her parents have made so many deals with the press and paparazzi for financial payment to blab about their daughter's whereabouts and other details other crazy life. Certainly one of them can pay the $50,000 rehab fee and scale back on the amount of designer clothes and jewelry they've been wearing for press appearances.

Lohan continues to complain to anyone who will listen that she doesn't not like rehab and believes it is damaging her career. She needs to take into consideration, cocaine doesn't like her and is damaging her life. Fame has also become a drug for her that she does not want to do without.

Fresh from rehab for the umpteenth time, drug addicted Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, made an appearance in Los Angeles court today, before Judge Elden Fox, on another probation violation. Rather than sending her to jail again, Elden sent Lohan back to a rehab facility, stating she must remain there until January 3, 2011.

The Judiciary Report is not holding its breath regarding her, as Lohan may very well pull her usual shenanigans, attempting to leave treatment early once more, only to start using hard drugs again, such as cocaine, thus repeating the jail and rehab cycle. Her sobriety will be severely tested the minute she returns to Hollywood and her old routine.

They are of the belief, Lohan is the best, most sought after actress in the world and people should be tripping over themselves to hire her. A little objectivity would not hurt this family, especially Lindsay, who has taken leave of her senses.

She needs to take responsibility for her life and realize, getting drunk and high, then going on the road and accidentally clipping a child's stroller with one's car and fleeing the scene, is grossly irresponsible. Sleeping with many men, as one is not in control of one's faculties, thanks to drugs and alcohol, is dangerous to one's health.

Getting stoned, then getting into fist fights with people is also an unwise idea. One of these days, you are going to swing on a female Mike Tyson and get the freckles beat off you.

Lohan's dad, a recovering addict, has been begging her to seek treatment and cut ties with destructive, drug abusing friends in Hollywood and she has refused to listen. When she was released from jail, after a DUI conviction and probation violations, she started consorting with said friends again and fell right back into the cocaine habit.

One can't progress in life blaming everyone else for one's problems, even if others caused them. One must be proactive and find a way to get out of any bad situation they are faced with, as the alternative is not productive.

However, how can one focus on becoming clean and sober, while one is obsessing over greedy, low brow cash payments, for pre-arranged paparazzi photos, in funds that will end up right back in one's nostrils during a cocaine binge. Her parents are busy lining up their own interviews as well. Meanwhile, the process of recovery has taken a back seat to cash.

Her most recent film project "Inferno" is a pornographic retelling of the life of former porn star, turned Christian, Linda Lovelace. The role needlessly calls for nudity and pornography, yet the Lohans are pushing Lindsay to star in this disgraceful film.

Lovelace most likely would not want her story told in this manner and via a very destructive, unrepentant, cult crazy actress that will only bring negativity to a life that was changed by the grace of God.

Two days later, on September 27, 2010, US Weekly magazine, published an article stating, Lohan tried to sell their publication photos of herself for $10,000. Hardly an A-list career, now is it.

Lohan is not behaving like someone that wants a dignified career. She is behaving like a drug addict, who is hard up for cash. Hmm, wonder what she'll do with the money (sarcasm). Giving Lohan wads of cash will only enable one of the worst drug habits in Hollywood history. And cocaine isn't cheap according to online estimates, which state the habit can run thousands of dollars per week.

It's amazing, just 5-years ago, Lohan had a 10-figure bank account, luxury home, thriving career and self-respect, then she joined a psychotic cult and they've so destroyed her mind, she ingested any drug she can get her hands on to forget.

Shouldn't Lindsay's mother, Dina Lohan, be forced via court order, to take parenting classes, as she has shown such poor judgment in the past, regarding her children.

Dina Lohan has taken underage minors to night clubs, where drugs and alcohol were present. She enabled her eldest daughter's raging drug and alcohol addiction. She allowed her underage daughter Alli to view porn, during their reality series "Living Lohan."

She spent large sums of her daughters' earnings on luxury items for herself, rather than placing the money in financially safe, certificates of deposit. Condoned and encouraged wild and irresponsible behavior that has all but destroyed her eldest child, Lindsay.

In light of these facts and Dina Lohan's custody of two underage children, shouldn't the court and or child services, intervene in that household, before she wrecks another life. It is the equivalent of watching an accident happen in slow motion.

Lohan has been in rehab four times. Three of those stints occurred in 2007 and the most recent, this year, at UCLA, but in the Neuropsychiatric ward, as she is mentally ill as well. Lohan is a raging drug addict and alcoholic, suffering from cult induced schizophrenia. The full 90 days in jail, with an additional 90 in rehab, for a total of 6-months detox, would have served her well.

The Dina Lohan fuelled insanity, regarding getting her out of rehab as soon as possible, as if being there is something detrimental, has been positively bizarre and ridiculous. Rehab is a good thing. However, quotes from her mother and publicist, demanding an early release, dominated the press, in conduct that can only be labeled absolutely ignorant.

All they care about is obtaining an early release, to get Lohan back in Hollywood, making money off devious schemes and debauched public appearances. They also hoped the appearance of an early release, would help her career and public opinion, as they've tried to state she is not as crazy and high as everyone thinks. However, the fact of the matter is, she has a massive drug and alcohol problem and very serious mental issues.

Judge Revel, who has recused herself from the case, was right to sentence Lohan to 90-days in jail and 90-days in rehab for substance abuse, DUIs and repeated probation violations.

It would have amounted to 6-months away from Hollywood's destructive drug and alcohol scene, which has demolished Lindsay's life and fortune. A person struggling with drug and alcohol abuse can make many positive changes in that 6-month frame of time, developing new, lasting, positive habits.
