Obama Trying To Be Dwight D. Eisenhower

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama has stated he is attempting to spend America out of a financial recession depression, in the manner he says former President, Dwight D. Eisenhower, did during his term.

However, once again, Obama is not taking into consideration, the America of today, is a different one from Eisenhower's days in office. Like I was actually there. I wasn't born yet, but I can read history books, you know.

Dwight D. Eisenhower

In all seriousness, Eisenhower did not have to battle two costly wars in the Middle East, an unprecedented number of foreclosures, a massive number of bank closures, widespread business failures, record high deficit and an empire in serious decline.

Yes, he spent large sums of taxpayer money on urban renewal and developing the highway system, as a means to create employment, but it should also be noted, there was a recession during his term, not long after the spending commenced. Eisenhower did many things for America, but that was a different time and Obama is dangerously living in the past, when his mind should be anticipating the future.

Obama Blaming Bush For Everything

Barack Obama

According to an article published in the Sun Sentinel, U.S. President, Barack Obama continues to blame former Commander-in-Chief, George W. Bush, for the financial crisis that has refused to release its grip on the American economy.

Yes, Bush is responsible for the crisis, but Obama is culpable for having made it much worse with over-spending. History shall not indemnify Obama from the negative impact his massive spending has created on the nation's financial books.

George W. Bush

President Obama needs to take responsibility for the poor financial decisions he has made and the damage it has done to the national deficit and economy as a whole. George Bush ate my homework will not cut it.

Regardless, I don't think George W. Bush would eat paper. Now, I can totally picture him eating or sniffing glue, Mr. Misunderestimate. You know he was one of the original glue sniffers in school. That's the only explanation I can think of for the gaffes.

The Obama Administration Claims The Recession Is Over

U.S. President Barack Obama

The Obama Administration has announced, the recession that is actually a depression, has been over since June 2009. For the government to make such a baseless proclamation, in the face of the terrible economic numbers recorded over the past year, which revealed a record number of U.S. jobs, homes, banks and other businesses have been lost, is sheer fraud.

The nation has hit so many ongoing record lows this year, yet the government is claiming the "recession" ended over a year ago. Who are they kidding. They need to get to work. Lying to the public is not going to make the recession-turned-depression go away. Creating a proper, structured economy, based on sound principles will.

Economic Expert: America Is In A Financial Depression

President Obama has been signing away

Economic expert, David Rosenberg, has publicly stated something the Judiciary Report has insisted for the past two years, the U.S. economy is not really in a recession, but a depression and some of it has surpassed the Great Depression.

Bush | Obama Incorrect Regarding No Financial Depression | Obama Speaks About The Civil Rights Act | U.S. Stock Market Plummets 1000 Points | U.S. Unemployment Rate Increases Again | U.S. House Of Reps Passes Climate Change Bill | Rod Blagojevich Retrial To Cost $30 Million | Mrs. Obama Tampering With Food Stamp Program | Michelle Obama Being Called Marie Antoinette | The Great Depression Hitting America Again | Congress To Review Bernard Madoff Case | Congressional Pay Cap | Banks And Bad Business Acumen | Bernake Thinks Recession Is Over | Artificial Growth.

Rosenberg, detailed this information in a report to investors this week, which should serve as a wake-up call to the White House and Congress, to desist with the massive spending sprees and work on solid job creation.

The Bush Administration created this catastrophe. But make no mistake, President Obama and his team have greatly exacerbated it, digging a deeper hole of financial woes. What Obama is relying on to save the day, is not going to work, as no nation enjoys the status of being able to print up an unlimited supply of money. The U.S. dollar will become worthless in the world, national debts will become due, while the standard of living in America will continue to decline.

Some difficult budget cuts should have been made and the President's ill-timed and costly health care plan, should not have passed, as it has wreaked havoc on the nation's finances. The till that is the Treasury is empty and its time the President faces this fact and stop spewing more red ink.

Economy Caught in Depression, Not Recession: Rosenberg

Published: Tuesday, 24 Aug 2010 | 11:23 AM ET - Positive gross domestic product readings and other mildly hopeful signs are masking an ugly truth: The US economy is in a 1930s-style Depression, Gluskin Sheff economist David Rosenberg said Tuesday.

Writing in his daily briefing to investors, Rosenberg said the Great Depression also had its high points, with a series of positive GDP reports and sharp stock market gains.

But then as now, those signs of recovery were unsustainable and only provided a false sense of stability, said Rosenberg.

Rosenberg calls current economic conditions "a depression, and not just some garden-variety recession," and notes that any good news both during the initial 1929-33 recession and the one that began in 2008 triggered "euphoric response."...

Mrs. Obama Tampering With Food Stamp Program

U.S. President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama and daughter Sasha Obama

U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama, is tampering with the Food Stamp Program, 40 million Americans are relying on during this current financial depression. The First Lady is seeking $4.5 billion of Food Stamp Funds to start her own program regarding kids and healthy eating.

It is commendable that she seeks to improve the eating habits of children, America is bankrupt and this is not the time for experimentation at taxpayers expense, playing with a program so many need to put food on their table. Leave it alone.

Obama Falling Behind In The Polls Again

U.S. President Barack Obama

Just a year ago, U.S. President Barack Obama, was on top of the world. He was newly elected and living a rock star Presidency. Fast forward one year and he has made so many wrong turns, people are vociferously crying impeachment.

It is flabbergasting what Obama's spending has done to the national deficit. He has failed to raise taxes on the rich and implement a proper job creation plan, which would have gone a long way towards turning the economy around. All this money is going out of the U.S. Treasury and very little is coming in by comparison, which promotes national bankruptcy.

The American dream has been destroyed by greedy bankers and corporate vultures that pillaged the public for all they could take and the U.S. Congress has failed to adequately rein them in. The banks and credit card companies have not learned their lesson.

The polls are reflecting the pain the American people are feeling everyday, with Obama hitting new lows. Things are still bad. Obama has roughly 2-years to turn his presidency around. If he fails to do so, he will be a one term president, labeled in world history as the one that spent all the people's money.

President Obama Prematurely Pats Himself On The Back

U.S. President Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama, gave a speech to the AFL-CIO, prematurely patting himself on the back, for allegedly turning the national economy around. However, financial figures do not support his claims, as the U.S. economy is still receding and experiencing massive financial, home and job losses.

Obama is currently on the campaign trail, attempting to remind voters of the terrible Bush years and the extensive damage it did to America. This is true. However, many of Obama's policies have damaged the nation as well and if there is no national turn around, how can he claim to be fit to continue in his post as President. The public generally likes a results oriented Prime Ministership or Presidency. Where are the results?
