Michael Jackson Wrongful Death Lawsuit Hits Turbulence

The wrongful death lawsuit, Joe Jackson, the dad of late pop star, Michael Jackson, filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, has hit some turbulence, as Judge John Walter, is having difficulty deciding how the case should proceed, charging both sides with violating court rules.

Regardless of the pre-trial squabbling, the case should proceed. Murray was very negligent in administering excessive amounts of potent pharmaceutical medicines to Jackson, over the course of a few hours. He gave Jackson enough meds to put down a horse. He should be held responsible for said conduct, as should any doctor engaging in such conduct.

The Taliban Kills Doctor And Christian Missionaries

The Taliban have savagely executed several Christian missionaries and a doctor, who were delivering medical supplies in Afghanistan. They were lined up and executed one by one, via gunshots. Among the dead, are 36-year-old British doctor, Karen Woo, six Americans and one German. Their two interpreters were killed as well.

The Taliban's conduct is barbaric. These indiscriminate, vile acts of murder, clearly illustrate they are bloodthirsty, not knowing who their real enemies are in life, which does them no favors in the world.

How has it benefited the people of Afghanistan, that people delivering medical supplies to impoverished citizens and pregnant women, have been killed. It says to the world, the Taliban would rather the people of Afghanistan die, than receive life saving medicine.
