The U.S. Federal Reserve, under President Barack Obama, has announced another $600 billion to $1 trillion in spending, in an attempt to spur growth in the American economy. Once again, another attempt by Obama & co., to buy one's way out of debt, which will produce artificial growth and negative consequences. The Obama administration continues its wild spending spree that is further destabilizing the U.S. economy.

Side Bar: On a similar note, President Obama's upcoming trip to India is going to cost the U.S. taxpayers $200 million dollars a day, which the nation can't afford. The Judiciary Report loves India and wishes its people well, but Obama needs to travel with less folks (3,000) from his Administration, during the planned 9 day drip, requiring fewer military airplanes to carry everybody's things. You've never heard of CheapTickets or Expedia.

Bow Wow has even denied knowing Raz-B, when the two toured extensively for years on the Scream Tour.

Lil Fizz has not responded to Raz-B's claims, regarding a relationship with Bow Wow or allegations he too was molested by Marques Houston, on the orders of producer Chris Stokes. Houston and Stokes have been silent as well, on the latest round of news gripping the blogosphere of many millions. Many have been saddened by the molestation claims, as it is a sad thing to have occurred.

The temptations and perils of Hollywood, often resulting in young entertainers self-destructing, via drugs, alcohol, promiscuity and financial ruin. Many develop emotional and mental problems, as a result of being abused and sexually propositioned by adults in the industry. When one sees a young singer like, Justin Bieber, attaining global success, one becomes concerned for him, due to the inevitable pressures that accompany fame.

Who will protect Bieber from the madness and pitfalls of Hollywood. Who is looking out for his best interests. His parents are being pushed out of the picture by the corporate machine that released his debut CD, which launched him to stardom. At 16, one can only make so many wise decisions, as one does not know much about life.

Once again, world governments with prominent entertainment industries in their financial sector, should develop legislation aimed at protecting young entertainers, as so many of them have been met with heartache, tragedy and death. It would save many lives.

TI And Tiny Need Rehab

Rapper TI (Clifford Harris) and his wife, singer, Tiny (Tameka Cottle) are in a legal quagmire once again, thanks to a second drug arrest. The two have been on drugs for years, refusing to seek help for their addictions. They consume marijuana, ecstasy, cocaine, codeine and alcohol, in different variations, in bids at getting high.

Between them, they have several children, who depend on them not only for food and shelter, but more importantly, to be there in their lives. Harris and Cottle need to seek extensive rehab care, as one of these days, if they are not careful, their addictions could land their kids in foster care. No drug is worth that.

Several weeks ago, Tittensor, in the presence of his girlfriend, Kaya Scodelario, deliberately attempted to run over 18-year-old, Oliver Flint, in Camden, North London, sending the teenager flying in the air, then onto the curb. Flint hit his head on the sidewalk, sustained a brain hemorrhage and was rendered blind in one eye.

The attack may have been out of revenge for Tittensor's hit and run blinding Flint. This most recent hearing is said to have resulted in the actor being fined for driving without insurance, with points tacked onto his license. The case for attempted murder is still pending.

Tittensor and Scodelario face potential lawsuits from Flint over the terrible incident, which could have killed him. Under the circumstances, the two deserve to be sued and jailed for injuring Flint, as there is no excuse for their conduct.

In what is undoubtedly a resounding repudiation of U.S. President Barack Obama's political policies, the rival Republican Party, have taken control of the House Of Representatives and made strides in the Senate, defeating the Democrats. The new House Speaker is Ohio Republican, John Boehner, effectively ending Nancy Pelosi's four year reign (it seemed like so much longer).

This was a humbling experience for President Obama, as the public is holding him to account, regarding the trillions in debt he has added to the national deficit in a year and a half.

One hopes the President heard this message from the populace, loud and clear, regarding the massive spending he has undertaken and changes course, as the Judiciary Report has been stating for over a year. The economy is tanking, not rebounding.

The President has also reneged on campaign promises regarding transparency in government. Additionally, Obama, via the FBI, has inappropriately and illegally investigated people for a political advantage, gaining improper access to their personal and business data. This misconduct and massive spending must stop.

The site warned the President last year, on October 21, 2009, in the article New York Times Slams Obama Praise For FBI, “If you stand with criminals, you will fall with them as well” and that is exactly what is happening. Due to poor choices, his presidency is firmly in jeopardy, as is his legacy, which has been severely damaged. Not to mention, his legislative initiatives are in danger of being repealed.

Today, singer Raz-B stated in a radio interview, his former B2K boyband member, Lil Fizz, also had a sexual relationship with rapper Lil Bow Wow. He states an underage Bow Wow would visit their house in Los Angeles, which they lived in alone as preteens and underage teens, with manager and alleged molester, Chris Stokes.

Raz-B also contends, former Immature band member, Marques Houston, molested Lil Fizz as well, much like he did to him and young singer, Quindon Tarver in the 1990s. They could all benefit from therapy, as being sexually violated as teens in damaging.

Tameka Cottle, A/K/A, "Tiny" who is the wife of rapper, Clifford Harris, professionally known as TI, has pled not guilty to drug possession charges in California. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on Los Angeles' famed Sunset Boulevard. Police stopped the couple's vehicle, due to a traffic violation and during a subsequent search of the car, found ecstasy tablets.

This incident marked a violation of Harris' parole, on earlier gun and drug charges. However, his wife is taking most of the blame. TI was remanded back into custody yesterday, to serve an additional 11-months on his sentence. Cottle, on the other hand, feels confident she can beat the charges that weigh mostly against her and has pled not guilty.

　Actress and pop star, Demi Lovato, has checked into rehab, claiming emotional and physical problems. Reports have the starlet cutting herself, clinically known as "self-harm." It is being stated Hollywood has become too much for her and she had a nervous breakdown.

The mortgage crisis in America has become worse than when the problem first exploded in 2008. Banks are forging ahead with what amounts to the repossession of America, with some foreclosures initiated under fraudulent circumstances. Stock prices and revenues have become more important than seeking the truth. Sadly, many people will be turned out of their homes, due to the mess the government let transpire.

A few years ago, many Americans were deceptively drawn in by the refinance craze, advertised day and night on television, radio, in the newspapers and on the internet. The deceitfully worded ads flooded airwaves and print, promising to improve Americans' financial problems, by giving mortgage holders a better interest rate. They even promised to put a little money in homeowners' pockets to pay off bills, such as credit card balances and car notes, whilst consolidating all debts under one home loans at a low price.

These claims turned out to be a pack of lies for millions of unsuspecting people, as interest rates shot up and mortgages ballooned, breaking their budgets, as their month payments reached an untenable dollar amount. Americans were expected to mysteriously find the money from somewhere, to meet the monthly mortgage extortion sum and when they couldn't, foreclosure proceedings were instituted.

U.S. Congress

Many attempting to save their homes have been met with terrible mortgage scams, such as signing over one's deed, allegedly on a temporary basis, to allow a third party with good credit and great income to obtain a low interest rate loan. Then, they would allegedly surrender the property back to the owner, for a small fee, with a new, lower mortgage payment. Only for homeowners to find out their properties were sold out from under them, when they "temporarily" turned over the deed to a third party.

Others sought lawyers and refinance firms, promising to fix their financial woes, for a monthly fee, only to place them in greater debt with no tangible results. Congress failed the American people in a terrible way, as some members of the legislature, were in bed with the banks, receiving favorable loans with rock bottom interest rates (very low payments), to secure their votes in the House and Senate.

Thus, the corrupt financial practices were waived through by unscrupulous members of Congress, some of whom seem like they've been in there forever and were there when the Declaration of Independence was signed. If you can remember when you used to ride to Congress on your horse, it's time for you to retire, as you are clearly apart of the problem, having failed to remedy the nation's problems.

In related news, Sheen's third wife, Brooke Mueller, who is also a drug addict, has filed for divorce this week, clearly under the embarrassment of his latest drug relapse and the ensuing negative publicity.

Pop singer, Lilly Allen, 25, has suffered a miscarriage, 6-months into her pregnancy, for boyfriend, Sam Cooper, 32. This marks Allen's second miscarriage in two-years, which has prompted stunning claims from fans online, stating open drug, alcohol and cigarette use, which the singer spoke of, played a role in the pregnancies ending in tragedy. Miscarriages can happen to any woman, but drug, alcohol and cigarette use, greatly contributes to the sad medical event.

Film Review: Iron Man

He secretly creates the superhero "Iron Man" with a exoskeleton, made of, you guessed it, iron. He also invents an apparatus to replace his weak heart, but it is poisoning his body, as seen in "Iron Man 2" (like you didn't see that sequel coming). Meanwhile, I'm watching the film thinking, "Dude, just get a heart transplant! It's much simpler...unless they give you the heart of a 90-year-old." The film co-stars pretentious, irritating actress, Gwen Paltrow, un-affectionately known to bloggers all over the internet as "Fishsticks." Don't look at me, I wasn't the blogger that named her that, but I'm not really disagreeing, now am I. Paltrow, who became famous because of her dad's connections, plays Stark's secretary, Virginia Potts. "Iron Man" is an entertaining movie, but very cliché and stereotypical of films in its genre. Rich lothario superhero out to save the world has been done before.

The character Tony Stark is back in "Iron Man 2" to blow up more stuff and save the world from nuclear and robotic threats. He is confronted by scientist, Ivan Vanko, who carries on his deceased dad's work in building a rip-off of Iron Man.

Both Iron Man and Ivan Vanko battle it out for control of the technology, in a conflict that threatens national security. "Iron Man 2" has a massive amount of special efx, but was not as good as the original, which was only okay to begin with. There isn't much of a storyline behind this franchise, but it is entertaining in a Michael-Bay-John-Woo everything blows up sort of way.

Title: When In Rome Year Of Release: 2009 Review Date: October 31, 2010 Rating: PG-13 Running time: 91 minutes Box Office Gross: $42,350,792 Site Rating: 3 out of 10 stars The movie "When In Rome" is about a young art curator, Beth, who goes to Rome for her sister's trouble prone wedding and ends up falling for an old superstition, regarding throwing pennies into a fountain, bringing one true love. Of course, it turns out to be a fable, but gets Beth into trouble, when three very persistent and somewhat annoying men, believe they are in love with her, as she retrieved their pennies from the fountain (that's what she gets for being a thief). They follow Beth back to New York and purse her with a desperate frenzy. However, Nicholas, who she also met in Rome, begins to pursue her as well and in a more acceptable, less dangerous-stalker-like manner. However, Beth believes he likes her, due to the old superstition, regarding the fountain. I won't ruin the film for you, but they each learn not to follow silly superstitions, as it can ruin your chance at love. This film was average and dragged in some parts. It had a few funny jokes, but nothing outstanding. It was your run of the mill romantic comedy.

From the troubled mind of lesbian writer, Diablo Cody, comes the sick, devilish film "Jennifer's Body" starring former "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox. The film is about teenage high school student, Jennifer Check, played by Megan Fox, going off in a van with her favorite band, Low Shoulder, who are devil worshipers.

Believing she is a virgin, Low Shoulder sacrifices Jennifer to the devil in a Satanic ritual, in exchange for music industry success, only to find out she is not sexually pure, thanks to a high school football player, having already taken her virginity. The satanic sacrifice ends up backfiring, turning Jennifer into an undead demon, who begins killing high school boys in a horrible, graphic manner.

The Celluloid Film Review does not recommend this sick, vile, vulgar, disgusting film. Fox is self-centered and thoughtless to have subjected her impressionable "Transformers" audience to this piece of mentally-ill garbage. Ironically, during the making of this film, Fox's personality underwent a marked metamorphosis, where she literally became the cruelest, most surly actress in Hollywood, as attested by numerous interviews.

Playing with the devil is never a good idea, even on film. Who knows what that sick, devil worshipping incantation spoken over Fox in the film, produced in real life. Those things can affect one's well being, inviting negativity into one's life.
